Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Eligibility
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, depending on the specific product category and instructions mentioned on the product page.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during clearance or special sales, where non-returnability is specifically mentioned in the product instructions or offer details.
- Customized or altered products.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (Tentatively) after quality inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
