3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

  • All products displayed are subject to availability.
  • We make every effort to accurately display product colours, images, and details; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Measurements provided are approximate and may vary marginally.
  • Fashion District reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

4. PRICING & TAXES

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any promotional offers are time-bound and subject to specific terms.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payments through authorized payment gateways including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods as displayed on the Platform.

Fashion District reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Request additional verification before accepting an order.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation communication from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, regulatory issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Fashion District is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

8.1 Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, depending on the specific product category and instructions mentioned on the product page.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags intact.

8.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales, where non-returnability is specifically mentioned in the product instructions or offer details.
  • Customized or altered products.

8.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted except as per the Returns & Exchanges policy.

10. SIZE & FIT DISCLAIMER

Sizing may vary based on design and fabric. Customers are advised to refer carefully to the size chart before placing an order. Size exchanges are permitted subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed after product inspection. In cases where the originally delivered size is verified to be correct as per the size chart and order details, no refund shall be issued.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including logos, images, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Fashion District. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fashion District shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Fashion District shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or logistics disruptions.

14. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform
  • Provide false information
  • Violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in case of violation.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Fashion District reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
