AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
All products are manufactured and stocked in limited quantities. Delivery timelines may vary depending on availability and logistics. An indicative delivery time period is approximately 5 to 10 days, excluding shipping time. Shipping delays caused by courier partners are beyond the control of XLNCC Group Ventures LLP.
If a product becomes unavailable post-purchase, the Company will offer suitable alternatives. If the alternatives are not acceptable, a refund will be issued for the product in question (unless the order is part of a promotional offer). Items purchased using gift vouchers are not eligible for refunds in cash or credit.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree that any use of the website is at your own risk and the Company is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Your unique identifier is your email ID. You are responsible for keeping it updated, as all communication related to order status and delivery details will be sent only to this email address. Adding your mobile number allows us to contact you for order-related communication or unforeseen circumstances. We respect your privacy.
In compliance with applicable data protection laws, you may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, discontinuation, or cancellation of services or your account, the following provisions shall survive: Pricing, Payment, Trademark Copyright and Restriction, Privacy Policy, Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
You may unsubscribe from newsletters, emails, or SMS communications at any time through your profile settings.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Company endeavors to ensure that product descriptions and information on the website are accurate. However, the Company does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary based on screen resolution and lighting conditions. The actual product may differ slightly from images displayed.
PRICING
While we strive to ensure accuracy of pricing, errors may occur. If an error in pricing is discovered after an order is placed, the Company will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.
Changes or cancellations are permitted before the order is shipped. If cancelled after payment has already been made, a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and included in the total cost. The Company does not offer international shipping.
In case of refunds, shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
PAYMENT
Payments may be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and other credit/debit card options as supported by our payment gateway partner GoKwik.
The Company does not store any card details. All payment information is securely encrypted. Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization. COD orders are subject to verification.
Gift vouchers cannot be purchased using promotional discounts or other credits unless explicitly stated.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers may be purchased on the website or through authorized channels. The following conditions apply:
Gift vouchers are valid until the date specified on the voucher
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit
Items purchased using gift vouchers are not eligible for cash refunds
